That one-bedroom apartment is an independent and charming studio (269 sq ft / 25 sq m), peaceful and comfortable, with TV, in the private and secure flower-filled courtyard.
It has a comfortable double-size bed (140 cm). So we can easily welcome one or two adults for a tourist, professional or studying stay. There are a pretty shower room with sink and toilet and a kitchenette ( hotplate, fridge,microwave, kettle, etc. ).
No access to the swimming pool.
You could also rent our Eiffel Studio, rue de Grenelle, Paris 7th, near the Tour Eiffel.
